hideandseek.world is an online multiplayer game that uses Street View imagery. The Service allows users to play the game, create an account, and purchase subscriptions for additional features.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of the Service require payment in the form of subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize hideandseek.world to charge your selected payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You must cancel any active memberships prior to deleting your account.

8. Purchasing Process

The purchasing process includes the following steps:

• Users must select the desired subscription, including any specific options or quantities available.
• Users will review their selection, and may modify, remove or add items.
• Users will provide their billing address, contact details, and choose a payment method.
• Users can modify or correct their information, or cancel the purchase without consequence, at any point prior to finalizing the order.
• After reviewing and confirming the order details, users will proceed to checkout via Stripe.
• Within Stripe, users will enter their payment information and may choose to save it for future purchases. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of this data.
• Users must accept these Terms and Conditions and confirm the order, thereby agreeing to pay the total price shown, including any taxes or fees.

9. Order Submission

Upon submitting an order, you are entering into a contract and agree to pay the total price, including taxes and fees, as specified during checkout. If the subscription requires any action on your part, such as providing information or specifications, you agree to cooperate accordingly. You will receive an order confirmation receipt via the email address provided.

10. Prices

Subscription prices, along with any associated taxes or fees, will be clearly displayed during the purchasing process prior to order submission.

11. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods will be specified during checkout. Some payment methods may involve additional fees or terms, which will be disclosed to you. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. hideandseek.world does not directly collect or store any payment information.

12. Account Deletion and Data Removal

You can delete your account and remove your data at any time from your profile settings. Please note that prior to deleting your account, you must first remove any active memberships.

13. Termination

hideandseek.world may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hideandseek.world makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hideandseek.world shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
